According to Apple Insider it is now finally official, a special Apple Media Event on September 12th in San Fransico at 10:00 local time. You may (or you may not) ask yourself what I would like to see, and that would be a real Media Center, not the halfway homebrew sort of thing that Front Row is… But the chance my prayers are heard is pretty slim right now, but maybe a new iPod Video is on it’s way, at least according to the rumour sites and maybe, just maybe the much anticipated an much talked about and hype’d Apple Cell Phone.
But somethiong that I’ll be willing to bet on, at least a very modest sum, is the unleashing of movies in the iTunes Store, coupled together with a new interface for streaming video from your MacBook Pro to your Plasma Screen, aka ‘The AirPort Express Video’.
Let’s just wait and see, but come on Apple, keep us happy…
