Apple goodies!

13/09/2006

Finally some really good news from Apple! On yesterdays special event they introduced som nice upgraded iPod’s, that’s fine but doesn’t interest me. They came wih a new small iPod Shuffle, fine but no thanks. iTunes with the option to download album art without the use of 3rd party apps? Yes please! Cover Flow, browse your iTunes music the same way you would browse your CD collection, flipping through the covers, without the use of 3rd party app? Yes please!

But the coolest news? The iTV, which will get renamed according to several sources, a small media center/set top box thingy with wired/wireless transfer of movies, music and photos from any iTunes equipped Mac or PC in your network. How cool is that? I especially like the choice of both Component and HDMI on the back, it really get’s my heart pounding. This could be really good, and I will forgive Apple for the rubbish Front Row they threw on us earlier this year if it as good as it looks. I want this now, but unfortunately we will have to wait for Q1 2007… What’s up with that Apple? Give us the real thing! Now! For more photos and a good first impression take go visit some real bloggers.
