C’etait un Rendezvous

September 19th 2007

‘C’etait un Rendezvous’ made in 1976 by Claude Lelouch has always been a special movie to me, featuring what I (and everybody else) thought to be a Ferrari 275 racing through the streets of Paris. It is truly awesome. But I just, and by just I mean 7 minutes ago, learn’ed that he actually used a quite different car for the shoot, a Mercedes-Benz 450 SEL 6.9. Yepp, a huge and heavy MB, no small, nimble and agile Italian thoroughbred… Even though the MB still is a really special car, it sort of takes some of the magic away from the movie, but I can’t stop loving it either. Make sure you see the entire clip and decide for yourself!

Tested this cool new(ish) infograph service today, Last Graph, which basically takes your scrobbled tracks from last.fm, stir them around for a few minutes and spits out this beautiful and unnecessary graph!
